As a new patient, your first visit will consist of a comprehensive consultation and thorough examination to determine the cause of your pain. After your exam, it will be determined if x-rays or imaging are medically necessary. At the end of the visit, patients are provided relief through chiropractic treatment methods, most commonly a spinal adjustment.
Everyone responds differently after their first adjustment. Most people experience relief in symptoms at their first visit which may include some minor soreness. This is normal. We recommend using ice where experiencing aches for 5-10 minutes as needed.
After the initial visit, patients are scheduled for a follow up visit within 2-3 days to discuss their official review of findings, chiropractic treatment plan, and recommendations for home care. Treatment plans are developed to meet the patient’s specific chiropractic need by outlining the frequency of visits and type of treatment received to alleviate pain and improve overall health and wellness.
New patient intake process is very simple. With digital records, patients can conveniently fill out their new patient paperwork online prior to their appointment or complete their health history records using their mobile device.
We understand that life happens and as a professional courtesy we ask for 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Appointments requested after one “no call, no show” will require prepayment for the appointment amount.
